the staff at guest services seemed friendly. paula at zaks restaurant made an effort to get us food when they had stopped serving. she was always helpful.
the walls seemed thin, noise disturbed me every night until late. i called reception but nothing changed. the cooker did not work at all. the shower only provided enough hot water for two quick showers for my family.

the apartment was a good size and had a pleasant environment. getting around was easy by car, a great value. my 5-year-old enjoyed the kids club with sessions from 10:30 am to 1 pm and 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. it was a nice clean and tidy place.
The apartment i booked looked lovely. Though it lacked privacy. people were walking and playing football near my family as we tried to relax. the house had many ants and contacting someone after 4:30 pm was hard! the reception was closed.

our premium one-bedroom apartment was spacious, providing ample room. the air conditioning worked great. lots of fresh towels were available, and bedding was changed regularly. we found some lovely restaurants offering good food options.
the resort is located on a hill, making walking around slightly challenging, particularly for those with mobility issues.

the on-site supermarket carried essential groceries, which proved to be quite convenient. the resort features multiple swimming pools spread throughout the grounds. a free shuttle service is available for transport within the resort, should you not fancy a walk.
